PERIOD 20th century DESCRIPTION This modernist structure, built between 1912-1914 under the orders of Guerrero Strachan housed, until quite recently, the Félix Sáenz Department Store. It can be classified within the Mediterranean Modernist School with some Neo-Baroque elements, and it is one of the city's most important buildings within its style to be conserved. Of particular interest is the way the planes of the façades are transformed into architecturally valid volumes and spaces.
